Diploma & Transcript Request



The cost for a duplicate high school diploma is $35.00 (if you are picking up) or $40 (if it is mailed to you)  cash/money order ONLY. 

These are the details you will need to provide to process your request: 

  1. Your current name.
  2. Your name as it was when you graduated.
  3. Your date of birth,
  4. Your graduation date or year.
  5. An address where you want the diploma mailed to.
  6. A phone number and email address in case there is a problem processing. 

Mail your letter, valid form of identification, and payment to:

It takes approximately 2 to 6 weeks to receive the diploma.  Please contact our Registrar, Carolina Bowers, via e-mail at or call 805-520-6150 ext. 1511. 



Transcript Request - for Grad/Withdrawal date September 2000 to current:

To order an official transcript, mail a signed letter along with a copy of a valid form of identification to the below address and include the following:

  1. $5.00 per transcript requested.  Payment form accepted in cash, money order, or cashier's check ONLY.
  2. Your current name.
  3. Name attended under (if different from current name).
  4. Your date of Birth
  5. Your graduation date or the year last attended.
  6. An address where you want your transcript mailed to.
  7. A phone number and email address in case there are any questions related to the transcript request.

Note the following:

  • If the transcript(s) will be personally picked up rather than mailed, please bring a valid form of identification.
  • If you would like someone to pick up your transcript(s), please provide them with a signed written letter stating who will be picking up your transcript(s).  This person must provide a valid form of identification.
  • The transcript(s) request will be mailed via First Class Mail.  Expedited mailing service is not available.
  • It can take up to 48 hours to process your request from the time it is received.
  • EXCEPTION TO THE $5.00 PAYMENT:  If the transcript will be mailed directly to an educational institution, the $5.00 payment is waived.  Please provide the name and address of the education institution.
